Your selected Level of Service, along with the square footage, will dictate the time in which your project will be completed. No matter what level you select, your project will have access to the digital tools and superior project management methods unique to Ladder Up.

 

Our Fee Structure

 

The construction industry has one of the most veiled cost estimating processes. Customers rarely know what they are paying for or how to compare to others offering similar services to ensure they are spending their money well.

At Ladder Up, we solve this problem by separating the cost of materials and the cost of our labor. We have a flat daily rate for your project that is not based on the cost of your finishes or size of your projects.

After an initial meeting with our Project Manager, we will create an estimate of what we think it will take our team to complete your job. Since our team members are full time employees, our jobs have more accountability, more control over schedule, and are able to estimate more accurately the time it will take us to deliver you a space you love. We take the guesswork out of it and therefore our labor costs are not inflated to cover unforeseen delays!

 

Ladder Up Project Management Method

 

Project communication is key not only to a successful job, but also to securing the word-of-mouth recommendations for projects of this scale. Ladder Up’s phone app allows the client to know who is in her home each day, what has been completed, a real understanding of the cost, and an easy place to record and store selected finishes.
